Privacy policy

What we collect

• The pricing page URL you submit, the page text we read from it, and the price sheet you confirm.
• The AI answers and the report we generate from them.
• Your email address, from Stripe Checkout or a waitlist form.
• Counts of which buttons are clicked, without names, cookies or tracking IDs.

We never see your card details. Stripe handles payment.

Why

• To run your Pricing Check, show you the report, and run the 14-day re-check.
• To contact you about your purchase, a refund, or a waitlist you joined.
• To see which parts of the site people use.

We don’t sell your data or use it for advertising.

Who processes it

• Vercel hosts the site and routes AI requests.
• Upstash stores reports and waitlist emails.
• Stripe takes payments.
• OpenAI, Google, Perplexity and Anthropic receive the buyer questions and your pricing page text to produce answers and the report.

How long we keep it

• Reports and the page text behind them: 90 days.
• Waitlist emails: until the waitlist closes or you ask us to remove you.
• Payment records: as long as Stripe and tax rules require.

Your choices

Email leo@leonagano.com to get a copy of your data, correct it, or have it deleted. We reply within 30 days.
