Terms of service

These terms cover your use of PricingCited (“we”, “us”). By buying a Pricing Check or using the site, you agree to them.

What we provide

A Pricing Check reads the pricing page you give us, turns it into a price sheet you confirm, then asks AI engines (such as ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini and Claude) buyer questions with web search on. The report shows which answers cited your pricing page, which quoted the wrong price, and what to change.

AI answers change from day to day and from run to run. The report records what the engines said when we asked. We don’t control those engines and can’t promise that following the fixes will change what they say.

Payment

  • A Pricing Check costs $99, paid once through Stripe. It includes one re-check of the same page about 14 days later.
  • Solo is not on sale yet. Its price and refund terms are listed on the pricing page and will apply when it opens.

Refund guarantee

  • Pricing Check: full refund if the scan finds no answer that failed to cite your pricing page and no wrong price. Email leo@leonagano.com within 30 days of your purchase with your report link.
  • If a scan fails on our side and we can’t complete it, we refund you in full.
  • Solo, once it opens: monthly plans get a full refund within 14 days of the first payment, once per customer. Annual plans get a pro-rated refund within 30 days.

Refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe.

Your responsibilities

  • Only check pages you own or are allowed to check. We fetch the page you submit, as a browser would.
  • Don’t use the site or the API to overload, scrape or attack us or anyone else.

Reports

  • Anyone with your report link can read it, so share it with care.
  • Reports are kept for 90 days, then deleted. Save a copy if you need it longer.
  • Sample reports on the site are about public pricing pages and are published by us.

Liability

The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before it. We are not liable for lost revenue or other indirect losses.

Changes and contact

If we change these terms, we’ll update the date above. Changes don’t affect a check you already paid for. Questions: leo@leonagano.com.
